We provide AI Products through third-party service providers ('AI Service Providers'), including Groq. Your input, output, and personal information may be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products. Our AI Products are designed for functions such as AI search. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with our Privacy Notice. 7. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you (e.g. name, email, friends list, profile picture). We use this only as described in this Privacy Notice. We do not control how your social media provider uses your information; we recommend reviewing their privacy notice.

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law. No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than twelve (12) months past the termination of the user's account. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need, we will delete or anonymise such information, or securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice. California law requires us to disclose that we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

Categories of Personal Information We Collect

In the past twelve (12) months we have collected: Category A. Identifiers (contact details, real name, alias, postal address, telephone or mobile contact number, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, account name) — YES. Categories B through L (e.g. California Customer Records, protected classification characteristics, commercial information, biometric information, internet activity, geolocation, audio/visual, professional information, education information, inferences, sensitive personal information) — NO.

We use and retain Category A as long as the user has an account with us. We have not disclosed, sold, or shared personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we will not sell or share personal information in the future.

Your Rights (depending on state): Right to know whether we process your data; right to access; right to correct; right to delete; right to obtain a copy; right to non-discrimination; right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling; and other state-specific rights (e.g. list of third parties, limit sensitive data use).
