All content you upload to Griot (scripts, breakdowns, schedules, budgets, and other project materials) remains your property. By using our platform, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Griot to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Collect user data without permission

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Griot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
